January - Invisible Clothes
OK, not quite invisible. But we did manage to find some awesome clothes, including these shoes by Andreia Chaves, that are one step (get it?) closer to putting us all in a novel by H. G. Wells.
February - Wearable Pot Plants
How cute are these? We got very excited about them back in February, and with Spring approaching (eventually) the good news is that since we spoke to her Colleen has expanded her collection. Click here to buy from her Etsy store.
March - Brass Monki
Daniel Reese's pimped-out Nike Dunks were at the top of our Spring 2011 wish-list, and they may just be making a return appearance for 2012.
April - Sandwich Jewellery
As though the influx of Easter chocolate wasn't enough to get us feeling peckish in April, we were also enticed by the tacky-yet-cuteness of all this foodie jewellery.
May - Zipper Hairstyles
Sitting precariously on the line between cool and ridiculous, the zipper hairdo is one that we're quite glad didn't catch on.
June - Pixel Furniture
Furnishings such as these pixellated chairs by Studio Makkink and Bey were ticking all the right boxes for us at the beginning of Summer.
July - The Anatomy of Fashion
While some were putting everything on display in the name of bikini-season, we were taking a look at the clothing doing just that in the name of fashion, like this t-shirt by Seasons Studios.
August - Clever Clocks
Time flies when you're having fun, which we certainly were when we discovered the incredible variety of cool and crazy horological designs out there.
September - Style Gone Mad
When we started thinking about what we wanted for Christmas, we discovered that you needn't think designer style is limited to your wardrobe/furniture. We're not sure whether to laugh or cry because we don't have a crystallised hoover.
October - Fetish Fashion
Come October we felt it was time to buckle down and explore fashion's new fascination with all things vinyl...
November - Superhydrophobic Style
Conscious of Autumn/Winter weather, we took a look at the designers and innovators coming up with solutions to keep the water off our clothes. Permanently.
And as for December...
It's been a pretty big year for style here at Don't Panic, so we thought rather than remind you of something you read last week, we'd make a promise. A promise that 2012 is going to be even bigger. If you can't wait that long, why not have a look back over the past twelve months (or longer...) and let us know what your favourite style articles have been in the comments section below.
