Y-Not was born in a small quarry in deepest Derbyshire. In its first year, it was a small gathering as the festival found its feet. A modest scaffold stage and hand-made DJ booth housed the acts and the quarry captured the sound perfectly, but if Y-Not was to expand a new venue was needed.
A lot of searching and a few licence applications later and the festival was homeless no more. The setting is nothing short of spectacular, stunning views and plenty of room to grow.

We're now ready for Y-Not number 7 on August 3-5th, and with a brilliant line-up with the likes of  We Are Scientists, Ghostpoet, Pulled Apart By Horses and The Wombats, we're confident we'll be bouncing and singing along to a sound track of nostalgia (My teenage years are emcompassed in this line-up!)

I have to admit, I'm a complete sucker for this band... they never cease to give me a giggle and a sly sing-along!
