78 year-old international playboy, Formula One supremo and owner of exclusive Sardinian Billionaire Club Flavio Briatore has squired some of the world’s beautiful women, including Naomi Campbell and Heidi Klum. He left Heidi when she was pregnant because at 28 she was, in his words: “Well past her sell-by date.” She didn’t know it at the time but lover man Flavio had already upgraded to a new model in the shapely form of Wonderbra girl Elisabetta Gregoracci, who at 21 seemed closer to Flavio’s ideal age range.

However in startling new developments, which will shock even seasoned Flavio watchers, Elisabetta’s best before date already seems to be up. Flavio has found himself an even younger model. Best know for one of 2007’s most high profile vanishing acts, Flavio’s new celebrity squeeze is 4 year-old Madeleine McCann.

The Brit beauty, popularly known as Maddy, had previously been thought missing until the couple revealed she and Flavio had eloped on his 360 ft luxury yacht Blue Steel, soon after meeting in Portugal’s glamorous Algarve.
Maddy told us: “I’m sorry if I have given my parents a bit of a scare but Flavio literally swept me off my feet. We are planning to visit them sometime after the ski season, if we can get a decent mooring off the coast of Leicestershire”. Flavio himself, perhaps aware that some might find his new relationship contentious, was unavailable for comment, preferring to release a short statement through his lawyers that the couple were “Ecstatic” and hoped the media would "respect their privacy.”
