Editor - james@dontpaniconline.com
James has been editing Don't Panic since the winter of 2010, and has been writing for the site one way or another since 2007. He likes pinball, pork buns and space exploration. When he's not dredging the net for new content or fetishising good grammar, he runs a pop-up restaurant called ArtForEating. He is not "the UK's leading self Tanning Expert".
Charlotte McManus
Assistant Editor
Charlotte joined the Don’t Panic team in May 2012 as the new Assistant Editor, and has written for the site since 2011, in addition to other titles like SUPERSUPER!, FAULT and Flux magazine. She likes drawing, apocalypse films and DJing, but has a somewhat unhealthy addiction to sugar, organisation and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. WWTM someone who enjoys making lists.
Tshepo Mokoena
New York Correspondent
Tshepo has been writing for Don't Panic since Valentine's Day in 2011 (insert love at first sight pun here), and was assistant editor for about a year. She's a fan of cheeseburgers, men's leather jackets and finding that sweet spot at gigs where the sound is just right. She blogs for New Things To Like and Deer Brains, co-edits Addict Music and interviews people when not watching 30 Rock.
Suzie McCracken
Editorial Assistant
Suzie believes 30-60 word descriptions of yourself should have died along with Myspace. She's from Belfast and likes to talk about it loudly in a malleable accent. She once won a Harry Ramsden's colouring-in competition and has danced on stage with the Flaming Lips.
Kate Kelsall
Editorial Assistant
Kate is living the graduate dream having just upgraded from a lightless, sublet Aladdin's Den of an attic to semi-adult life and a roof terrace. She dreams of making a career from writing but spells like a primary school kid. She loves old cameras, Asian cooking and long active/indulgent Sundays recovering from Saturday nights.
Charlie Cole
Editorial Assistant
As well as assisting us here at Don’t Panic, Charlie is a freelance writer for Style News Ltd, and one day dreams of taking over the editorial world. She’s a huge fan of British fashion, specifically Corrie Nielsen and Simone Rocha, and has an unhealthy obsession with Sigur Rós lead singer Jónsi.
Watching hideous horror movies and reading the Game of Thrones series keeps her busy in her nonexistent free time.
