I could of spent all the time in the world coming up with clever concepts to depict the word time, but I feel this is the way that humans waste their lives, by trying to be cleverer than we actually are. What people really need in their lives is to explore humour and joy through those crazy little stories that make you smile. That is why I chose to illustrate one of the most beautiful examples of harmony between two species. Johnny was always late for work and was given his last chance by his boss. In an act of madness and desperation to keep his job, Johnny swallowed a Cuckoo bird, believing it would call every hour and therefore keep him on time. Johnny is never late.
