Entry commentary
David’s triumphant Rook and Raven exhibition in December solidified his position as one of the UK’s most respected street art innovators. Producing huge portraiture with anarchic colours blasting out, Walker says his works are often mistaken for oil paintings. ‘There is some odd poetry in a portrait of a beautiful woman being made from a cheap £3 can of paint,’ he says.
