"Gigantic"
Nick Slim: digital artist, illustrator and designer. Based @ Old Truman Brewery buildings, Brick Lane, in the East End of London. Slims work has qualities of painting, montage and photography. Some of the work has a pop art feel, some more classical. His artwork has been influenced by early tinted colour wash photography. Slim likes to blur the boundaries of art and its relationship within design.
Like one of Bukowski’s ‘Tales of Ordinary Madness’ come to life in a more erotic, modern time, Nick Slim’s stream of consciousness images ooze ecstatically and frolic lasciviously, but are both warm and inviting
