Entry commentary
In my illustration I have used two peg-dolls to represent Gillian and Emily in Strawberry Fields. The underwear they are holding up together suggests the sexual awakening and rivalry between the two. I have used a pastel colour palette to give a feminine-feel to the image and also for the impression of a hazy English summer.
Manchester-based tea drinker, basketball player, marine fish keeper and freelance illustrator!
